A long term client of Desert Group approached the organization with ambitious expansion plans for the luxurious hotel in Dubai. The project involved everything from a complete landscape renovation and design to the continued maintenance of the site. The project was a world wide first and received media attention worldwide.

• The design and build of a bespoke system tailor made to meet the harsh climatic conditions whilst ensuring natural colors are used to create a natural landscape feel.
• Installation of 24 self-contained Green Wall units.
• Maintenance package also taken up for the site, a dedicated team of specialist operatives carry out maintenance to a tailor made package maintenance out of hours.
• Project planning and leasing with the client to create an end product unique to the client and a first across all GCC member countries.
